Capital Surveys was founded by Malik Mohammed Shahnaz in 1996 as an on Shore & off Shore Oil and Gas Field Services, Engineering Surveying Service Organisation. In 2009 Capital Surveys enhanced to every scope of survey and expertise, skills in the field of Geophysical & Geotechnical Investigation Work and established our own Soil Investigation and Material Testing Laboratory. Capital Surveys has turned itself into one of the leading organisations in the field of Land Survey, Marine Survey, GIS, Geophysical Surveys and Geotechnical Services. Capital Surveys has been providing specialist land and engineering survey services to a wide range of infrastructure, construction and development projects in United Arab Emirates, GCC countries and overseas for the past 25 years.

The staff of Capital Surveys consists of highly qualified and experienced man power to serve its client in an efficient and professional way. A supervisory staff specialist, with many years of experience in the relevant discipline, heads each of the operating departments.
